Curiosity. Empowerment. Humor. These three values are the pillars of Kieta’s therapeutic practice. She strives to sit across from everyone with a genuine sense of curiosity; about who they are and how she might be able to help them reconnect with the truth of their being. She believes that we are more than our experiences, habits, and reactions and that cultivating our sense of self empowers us to live vibrant, healthy lives. While humor may not be a tool exclusive to the therapeutic environment, she thinks they were on to something when they said that laughter is the best medicine.
